All about the A1 Series
Peterborough-based Advance Performance, the running store for everyone, sponsor most local running races as part of the company philosophy of supporting the community. As a result of this, the A1 Series was born.

In 2010, Brooks are supporting the series wholeheartedly and are kindly giving a substantial level of prizes and support. Brooks® Sports, Inc. is a leading running company that designs and markets a line of high-performance men's and women's running shoes, apparel and accessories in more than 40 countries worldwide. Designed to elevate the running experience, Brooks' advanced stability, cushioning and motion control gear is recognized as the product of choice among runners of all levels. Entirely focused on the run, they are dedicated to inspiring people to run and be active. Brooks creates innovative equipment that keeps you running longer, farther and faster - and with more enjoyment of the run.

Previously supported by Nike, Mizuno and New Balance, the Series has grown and developed and has raised over £10,000 for the British Heart Foundation, Marie Curie Cancer Care and Sue Ryder, Thorpe Hall Hospice.

Sue Ryder Care Thorpe Hall Hospice is very excited to be the chosen A1 Series 2010 charity. They are looking forward to joining us in raising much needed funds to help the people it cares for get the best from life.

25p will be donated for EVERY entrant at EVERY race

The A1 Series 2009 raised much needed funds and we are looking to raise even more in 2010!
