What is Strength & Conditioning?
Strength & Conditioning is the physical and physiological development of athletes for optimal sport performance. Synergy Physical Training works with you to become faster, stronger and more flexible, building muscular endurance so you perform better and remain injury free.
It’s much more than just lifting weights – it encompasses the entire development of the athlete and what is needed to improve physical performance. Synergy Physical Training is all about changing habits, the way you train for your sport dictates your performance on the field of play.
How Can Synergy Physical Training Help You?
We will look at your Strength & Conditioning program (if it even exists) and we’ll advise you on where it needs adjusting, which bits to keep and which bits to change.
If you don’t have a Strength & Conditioning program then you definitely need to come and see us. It doesn’t matter whether you’re an endurance athlete or a games player, a beginner or a veteran, a dedicated, periodised strength and conditioning program will ensure your levels of conditioning peak at the right time and help you maintain your health throughout the season.
