Study Title:
An exploratory study to quantify physical and mental attributes of workplace resilience

This study aims to evaluate physical and mental factors associated with workplace resilience. The study involves two phases as follows:

  1. Phase 1 – completion of an online ‘resilience’ questionnaire – this will take ~20minutes to complete.
    Eligibility: all individuals (18-60 years), have been in current work position for >1 year
    Timeframe: October 2018
  2. Phase 2 – based on your response to the questionnaire you will then be invited to attend the Cambridge Centre for Sport and Exercise Sciences (Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge) for two physical exercise tests on different days. Each test will take ~1hr to complete.
    Eligibility: Females/males aged 18+. Generally healthy, no underlying medical conditions.
    Timeframe: October/ November 2018
