Strengthening – Calf Raises 2

Strengthening – Calf Raises – 12 to 30 Reps, 3 sets, Tempo 1:2:4

Simply press down through the forefoot of the leg supporting your weight and raise your heel upwards until you are standing tall on the ball of your foot and then lower back down to your start position.

If 12 reps becomes easy then simply increase the number until you reach a maximum of 30 reps.
