Strengthening – Penguin Walks

The penguin walks are relatively straight forwards, you simply have to raise the front part of your foot away from the floor so that you are balancing on your heels and walk in a straight line trying not to let your forefoot touch down.

You should feel the front of your lower legs working hard as you walk around.
