The Fen Drayton 10K, Fun Run & Fun Day takes place on 30th April 2017. To help with your training we’re holding an in-store training night.
There will be a talk from Garry on shoes/gait analysis, clothing accessories and nutrition.
Calum from The Sports Injury Clinic based in-store will talk about stretching, injury prevention and sports massage.
All rounded off with question time and a little shopping/browsing time in-store.
If you’ve entered the race, you’re welcome to come along.
This fantastic charity event takes place in Fen Drayton village and also encompasses the RSPB Lakes that Fen Drayton is famous for.
Now in its seventh year, all profits from the races are given to charities that support people in the local community and in the East Anglia area.
