Run With Us – you can now run with Advance Performance
Join one of our Beginners Courses and Run With Us, this total running package is an ideal opportunity for people looking to take up running or jogging for the first time or perhaps return to the sport after a break.
The courses at the Advance Performance stores in Peterborough and Cambridge, take place under the watchful eye of experienced coaches who offer a “one stop” source with masses of knowledge and experience.
Participants benefit from access to all the facilities in the shop including changing and toilet facilities, plus advice about clothing, injuries and footwear can also be organised if needed. Our coaches are always happy to answer your questions.
The Advance Performance Beginners Groups run roughly three times a year, January/February, May/June & September/October.
Beginners Running Course
Date: Wednesday 9 May 2018 – 10:30am start
Our course is friendly, informal and with no pressure and led by a UK Athletics Level 2 Coach. Designed for the complete novice, or returner, it’s designed to take you from zero to 5K (3 miles) over and eight week period.

Beginners Running Course

Our friendly course is for anyone new to running and is led by a UK Athletics qualified Run Leader, based in our Cambridge store. It’s designed to take you from non-runner to being able to happily run 5K (3 miles) over an eight week period.
