A thorough biomechanical assessment of your balance, core function, flexibility, mobility, alignment & stability.
Functional Movement Screening is for you, whether you’re looking to run a new personal best, run without pain or are a complete beginner.
Especially effective if you suffer from persistent pain or stiffness in joints, back, neck or shoulders.
Our sports scientists will identify muscle tightness or weakness, poor core function or movement limitations which might cause injury or impede performance, then advise on possible follow up Corrective Exercise Sessions.
The functional movement screen includes a static postural assessment, overhead squat, single leg squat, single leg hop test and individual muscle length and strength tests.
We also incorporate the ViMove movement sensors and data collection system that allows us to collect data during the screening that we can then use as a reference point in future tests so you can compare your results pre and post corrective exercise program.
In-short it will tell you in numbers if you have improved six weeks later is you opt for an optional retest (a further £45 charge).
