Functional Movement Screening is for you, whether you’re looking to run a new personal best, run without pain or are a complete beginner.
Especially effective if you suffer from persistent pain or stiffness in joints, back, neck or shoulders.
Our sports scientists will identify muscle tightness or weakness, poor core function or movement limitations which might cause injury or impede performance.
The functional movement screen includes a static postural assessment, overhead squat, single leg squat, single leg hop test and individual muscle length and strength tests.
