As runners we all know that we should be doing some Strength and Conditioning work, but we don’t want it to take away from running and where do we fit it in, what should we be doing?
Our RunBetter sessions will cover the main exercises you should be doing, sets, reps, tempo, progressions and regressions and where best Strength and Conditioning can fit into your training.
We will also look at periodisation aimed at a specific event that you may have, or a different part of the running season.

Class numbers are limited for your comfort, be sure to book in plenty of time to avoid disappointment.

Your Trainer
Our sessions are lead by Steve Robinson who has spent more than 15 years working in the Armed Forces as a Physical Training Instructor, specialising in Exercise Rehabilitation and Strength and Conditioning.
Steve works within the Primary Care Rehabilitation team at Wittering, treating injured military personnel and returning them to active service.
Also a competitive runner, Steve has represented the RAF, UK Armed Forces, Eastern Counties and Cambridgeshire at various distances from 1500 metres to marathon.
He has also been involved in adventure racing and many different outdoor pursuits.
